The Financial Services Authority (FSA)
The FSA is the statutory body that regulates financial services. It’s rules
require us to give you this document. We suggest you use this information to decide
if our services are right for you.
2. What range of products do we offer?
We only offer this product which is provided by Adminicle Limited, by delegated authority from the Insurers set out below:
SECTION ONE: Biker Personal Accident Cover is underwritten by Certain Lloyds of London Insurers
SECTION TWO: Biker Accident Recovery Cover is provided by Call Assist Ltd, Axis Court, North Station Road, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1UX and is underwritten by Groupama Insurance Company Limited, 24 – 26 Minories, London, EC3N 1DE.
3. What service will we provide you with?
We do not offer advice. Instead, we offer a specific Motorcycle Accident and Recovery
policy. To assist you in your choice we will provide you with a quotation for
the cover you require, together with comprehensive information to allow you to
make an informed decision.

4. What will you have to pay us for this service?
No fee is payable.
5. Who are we regulated by?
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority under FSA
registration number 308046.
Our permitted business is insurance mediation activities in relation to non-investment
insurance products.

6. What to do if you have a complaint

7. Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Accordingly,
if we are unable to meet our obligations, you may be entitled to compensation.
The first £2,000 of most insurance claims are covered through the FSCS,
plus 90% of the balance. Further information is available from the FSCS and they

8. Duty of disclosure
Please be aware that the information provided by you forms the basis of a legal
contract between you and your insurer and that you have an ongoing duty to disclose
all circumstances which may put your employment or health at risk or lead to a
claim. It is therefore essential that all information provided is true, accurate
and complete. Any omission, misrepresentation or failure to disclose an important
change of circumstance could invalidate your insurance cover and could mean that
a claim may not be paid.
9. Data protection
Any information we hold about you will be treated as private and confidential.
We will only use and disclose the information in the normal course of arranging
your insurance cover. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have rights of access
to any personal information we hold about you. If you have any queries in respect

10. Are there any circumstances where our insurance products
may not be suitable for you?
It is essential that you read the policy information carefully to ensure that
the insurance cover meets your demands and needs. This is particularly important
if any of the circumstances detailed below apply to you because either an exclusion,
or policy condition may stop you from being able to claim:
· you are not aged between 20 and 65;
· you do not live in the United Kingdom;
· you do not own or ride a motorcycle;
